Shipment Orders

Shipment Orders provides pio with the initial details about the shipment of an order.

Shipment orders are matched to an Order using the ext_order_id. This can be used to match orders created by other integrations (e.g. the pio shopify integration) with shipment orders created by your integration.

A Shipment order is required to match an order channel to an order. If no shipment order is created for an order, shipment of the order will not be possible.

The provided shipping rate is used as the default displayed to the user at the end of the picking process for an order.
